In Data Reduction Pipelines we provide links to the modsCCDRed set of scripts to pre-process MODS data (so far, these work only on the data obtained before the controller upgrade in the summer of 2025) and to spectroscopic reduction pipelines used on MODS data. Reduction of MODS imaging data follows the usual procedures except that images taken before the upgrade did not have an overscan region, and therefore biases obtained close in time to the data — ideally the same night — are needed for bias subtraction.
