Alex joined LBT as a service observer in 2019. Beside the night time observing, Alex is one of the coordinators for queue observing. If you experience any issues with the PIT or OT software, he will most probably be the one who is taking care of your inquiries as he is also responsible for the maintenance and development of these software products and their related websites.
